Second Upgrade BSS progress meeting - 2-4 November 2009, Bucharest
The progress meetings are an important part of the project. Personal contact helps to solve the language and cultural barriers. They are also use to control project progress by making detailed action lists and set milestones.
This second meeting of the Upgrade BlackSeaScene project has been scheduled for 2-4 November 2009 in Bucharest, Romania, organised by the partner BENA. The meeting location is the hotel IBIS Gara Nord. Before this meeting most partners have attended a metadata workshop for SeaDataNet related directories, that supports them in the work to collect the information in the correct standard. New partners have attended the DQC workshop in Brussels. This progress meeting will be used to evaluate the workshops, monitor the progress of actions regarding e.g. metadata collection and system development and further detail the project plans.
